Owns end-to-end writing of proposal content that aligns with win themes, sales strategy, RFP requirements, and evaluation criteria
Self-edits content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Last Call’s brand voice and tone guidelines
Develops foundational proposal content including case studies, blog posts, project descriptions, capability statements, and past performance narratives
Attends project demos and debriefs to extract insights and translate technical work into compelling stories
Collaborates with subject matter experts and Marketing team to gather input, refine drafts, and build a library of content that strengthens future proposals.
Requirements
Technical Writing Proficiency: Translates complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate value through specific examples and outcomes. Writes in Last Call's voice while avoiding generic, AI-sounding, or formulaic language.
Audience Awareness: Frames content strategically for both technical and non-technical audiences, aligning language with client priorities and evaluation criteria.
Collaboration: Works effectively with capture managers, proposal managers, subject matter experts, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather input and incorporate feedback under tight deadlines.
(Nice to have) Proposal Process Knowledge: Familiarity with standard proposal development methodologies like Shipley.
