This role is responsible for creating the training and documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering. They will help form and build our catalog of content using Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate.
Customers using the new offering require training on the software and best practices - this role is responsible for delivering a robust online help site to bring a customer quickly and efficiently up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added.
As customers log support tickets and need assistance, you will turn around new content quickly.
A successful candidate in this role brings a strong background in user education for technical SaaS products. To be successful in this position, you will learn new skills at a quick pace to keep up with product enhancements and actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of our processes. Requirements
Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills
Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Strong sense of urgency, willing and able to turn around content fast
Expert in Git, and Markdown language – with provable experience
Experience using HUGO (or equivalent Static Site Generators)
Experience designing and developing Enterprise software-related documentation and training
Experience with screen recording and video editing software (e.g. Camtasia)
Experience with rapid eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
