About the role
- Provide a premium, personalized experience for every client
- Guide clients through in-depth consultations to help them select treatments
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Recommend additional products and services to enhance client results
- Assist clients with financing solutions
- Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling with efficiency
- Assist clinicians by preparing treatment rooms and operational tasks
- Engage in daily huddles and regular check-ins with management
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Available to work weekends and evenings to meet client and clinic needs
