About the role
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM (occasional night webinar)
- Classification: Full Time - Exempt
- Reports To: TBD (most likely Director of Marketing)

- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage veterinarians through digital, social, email, and other paid channels.
- Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to optimize talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using Hubspot, our CRM.
- Build and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy, including webinars, videos, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations to help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and materials to strengthen culture and employee connection.
- Support company-wide marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Lap of Love’s services.
- Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field, required
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising, required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, required
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-manage multiple projects at a time
- Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to do profound work
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Top notch oral and written communication skills
