Graphics Designer

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM (occasional night webinar)

• Reports To: TBD (most likely Director of Marketing)

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage veterinarians through digital, social, email, and other paid channels.
• Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to optimize talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using Hubspot, our CRM.
• Build and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy, including webinars, videos, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations to help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and materials to strengthen culture and employee connection.
• Support company-wide marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Lap of Love’s services.
• Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
