About the role

  • Lead, manage, and develop operational teams responsible for specific Transport Service functions including Complaint Management and Freight Cost Auditing/Settlement via Team Leads.
  • Ensure efficient and compliant service delivery, drive continuous process improvement, manage team performance and development, and foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and career development support to direct reporting team.
  • Oversee the operational performance of the teams managed by the Team Leads, ensuring delivery against KPIs/SLAs for functions such as IQOS Transport Complaint Management, EMEA Freight Cost Auditing & Settlement, and India & Singapore Freight Cost Auditing & Settlement.
  • Manage relationships and communication with key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution and transport cost analysis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in SAP / ERP system specifically with TM or similar modules.
