About the role
- Design and continuously refine compensation, benefits and incentive frameworks aligned with business strategy and Total Rewards philosophy.
- Manage Job Evaluation, pay structures, grading and salary ranges.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, participate in surveys and manage Personnel & Non Personnel cost budgets for GF HR.
- Design, administer and enhance benefits, wellbeing programs and expatriate compensation.
- Lead annual increment, promotion, bonus and incentive review cycles.
- Partner with leadership, manage vendors/consultants.
Requirements
- Post Graduate Diploma/MBA/MMS in Human Resources Management.
- 15-20 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical ability, integrity, sharp thinking, and an eye for detail.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Communication and influencing skills.
