Troubleshoot environments using technologies supported by Lansweeper: Windows, Linux, Unix, macOS, IBM, Chrome OS, Active Directory, VMware, AWS, Azure, and more.

3+ years of experience in IT support (IT issues specifically) (L1 – L3)
Proven experience in networking & operating systems such as Windows/Unix/Linux, or Virtualisation, AD, AWS, Azure.
Basic understanding of Jira and Confluence.
Broad interest and good working knowledge of IT.
A knack for creating SQL reports and scripts.
