Design and drive the implementation of organizational compliance policies aligned with regulatory requirements and client standards
Continually assess federal, state, local, and industry-specific regulations impacting interpreter services and advise on policy and procedural enhancements
Lead interpreter onboarding management and administration within the Deel platform using reporting and trend analysis
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for client compliance and IT security due-diligence audits
Address escalations related to background checks, client and interpreter compliance issues, and service activations
Plan and execute new employee orientation sessions inclusive of compliance standards
Provide strategic oversight of departmental tracking systems to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment
Oversee team management functions including workforce planning, time and attendance oversight, and performance evaluations
Establish key performance metrics related to onboarding and audits and communicate weekly updates to stakeholders
