💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Assist the project team in preconstruction planning, buyout, daily project management, and closeout.
- Maintain and update all document controls for the project.
- Manage the overall cost management of the project budget.
- Draft agendas, schedule meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred.
- Internship experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and general knowledge of Office 365 are required; Procore PM Software and Blue Beam knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans and financial reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
