Director

Director of Asset Management

Designer

• Lead interior design and renovation efforts across Landmark's operational portfolio.
• Manage projects from concept through construction administration and FF&E procurement.
• Ensure design integrity, cost efficiency, and operational continuity.
• Develop mood boards, finish concepts, and design narratives that reflect property brand positioning.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and the Project Manager.
• Produce comprehensive FF&E and finish schedules for each project.
• Prepare interior construction documents suitable for contractor bidding and construction.
• Partner closely with Project Manager and the Capital Projects team to align design deliverables with project schedules and budgets.

Technical Interior Designer – Capital Projects

Accountant

• Independently manage accounting activities related to assigned development projects, including tracking costs, budgets, and key financial details.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation related to development activity in accordance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Own assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts tied to development projects; investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies.
• Run month‑end and quarter‑end close for the development line of business by ensuring development and corporate related transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Track and analyze development project costs against approved budgets; identify trends, risks, and variances and communicate findings to management.
• Prepare financial schedules and reports to support internal development, leadership, and FP&A reporting needs.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Development, FP&A, and other internal teams to ensure proper timing, classification, and treatment of transactions.
• Review invoices and expenditures for accuracy, appropriate coding, and alignment with development budgets and approvals.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing development‑related documentation and responding to inquiries as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development accounting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Serve as a resource for less‑experienced accounting team members by providing guidance on development‑related accounting matters when appropriate.

Senior Accountant – Corporate

• Ensure that all pay applications from subcontractors/suppliers are received in a timely manner and that accuracy is verified against executed contract documents.
• Enter commitments and purchase orders.
• Receive interim and final lien waivers from subcontractors and their sub-tier contractors and insure timely payments are made to all vendors/subcontractors.
• Discuss weekly with the Project Manager/Development teams to ensure all paperwork is flowing in a timely manner and all payables are received and approved.
• Responsible for compiling draw packages, approvals of the draw packages, and that packages are sent to the financial Institutions and equity partners in a timely manner.
• Make certain that subcontractor insurance is acceptable prior to payments being distributed to the subcontractor.
• Release retainages as per subcontract conditions and Project Manager’s approval.
• Ensure suppliers are paid by joint check or final waiver being received prior to releasing check per the joint check agreement when applicable.
• Prior to releasing final payables to subcontractors and suppliers, ensure that all closeout documents are in order.
• Responsible for the accuracy of Financial Statements.

Construction Project Accountant

• Underwrite senior housing investment opportunities, including acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and platform investments.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate property‑level and portfolio‑level returns and support investment recommendations.
• Support the management of Landmark’s existing senior housing portfolio, including hold/sell/refinance analyses.
• Facilitate due diligence efforts for complex transactions, coordinating with internal teams and third‑party consultants.
• Assist in the development of investment templates, underwriting assumptions, and processes as the senior housing strategy is established.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, operations teams, and equity partners on budgeting, business planning, and value‑creation initiatives.
• Support capital raising and capital markets initiatives by assisting with investor reporting and maintaining relationships with equity and debt partners.
• Participate in site visits, conferences, and other planned travel related to investment activity.

Associate – Investment Management, Senior Housing

Marketing

• The Regional Director of Leasing & Marketing operates as the revenue manager, brand strategist, and support team member over a specified region of properties.
• They work parallel with a Regional Director of Operations to support the region’s Community Managers and site teams.
• Provide support and oversight for all operational property marketing and leasing efforts to maximize the occupancy of the communities with the Regional Director of Operations.
• Evaluate market trends and consult with property to adjust marketing strategies upon review of weekly competitor velocity.
• Assist and monitor implementation of renewal and new lease campaigns and launch.
• Travel annually to conduct LEASE Sales Training.
• Audit and ensure compliance of digital footprint for each community as it relates to website, social media, and any ILS listings.
• Review 30 Day marketing plans and ensure execution of plans as needed.
• Aid property teams by advising on promotional item orders and needs for marketing event planning.
• Oversee the creation of the Annual Rate and Business Plans.
• Submit concession proposals and reforecasts.
• Track weekly rent growth progression for each site by evaluating YoY floor plan trends and market pre-leasing activity.
• Lead all communication with Asset Management on rate projections, adjustments, and market survey related topics.
• Develop and monitor the annual Advertising and Promotions budget.
• Work with Community Managers to audit lease management systems and reporting.
• Ensure team members comply with corporate policies and government laws on Fair Housing.
• Ensure confidentiality of client, resident, and company information.
• Prepare agendas for weekly 3rd party ownership calls.
• Generate leasing analysis reports for Landmark senior and executive leadership team.
• Ensure quarterly physical inspections of the communities are completed, including exterior curb appeal, cleanliness and neatness of exterior and interior common area amenity spaces, the leasing tour route and model units, and facilities.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding the needs and expectations of residents, prospective residents, clients, and vendors.
