Manager

• The Site Safety Manager is responsible for enforcing and recommending safe work practices at the site level.
• This position focuses on conducting safety inspections, training site teams on safety protocols, and investigating safety incidents.
• Ensure that all personnel on the job site adhere to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with site teams to anticipate, resolve and manage site conditions for accident prevention.
• Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe work conditions, or equipment that does not meet safety standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in site safety and make recommendations for corrective actions to site supervisors.
• Deliver ongoing safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel, focusing on high-risk activities and relevant hazards.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and accidents. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure those actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and any relevant local or state safety requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all safety-related activities, including inspections, incident reports, and safety training logs.

Site Safety Manager – Multifamily, Student Housing Construction

Engineer

• Assist the project team in preconstruction planning, buyout, daily project management, and closeout.
• Maintain and update all document controls for the project.
• Manage the overall cost management of the project budget.
• Draft agendas, schedule meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite.

Project Engineer – Summer 2026

• Assist the project team in all stages of the project including preconstruction planning, buyout, daily project management, and closeout.
• Assist in obtaining, coordinating, and distributing the information and authorizations required to construct the project on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Understand and have a working knowledge of contract documents including all drawings and specifications and clearly communicate required information to relevant teams and trades.
• Request and review subcontractor certificates for compliance.
• Maintain and update all document controls for the project including, but not limited to: Contract documents, specifications, geotechnical reports, permits, clarifications, field sketches, inspections, daily field reports, sign-in sheets, meeting minutes, submittal logs, RFI logs, change order logs and safety meeting reports.
• Process change requests and change proposals for price review.
• Manage the overall cost management of the project budget by controlling expenditures, coordinate billings, and identifying work not covered by subcontractors.
• Draft agendas, schedule meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Take progress photos of job site.
• Obtain occupancy of the project, including participating in the final inspections and approvals by various municipalities.
• Resolve all punch list issues prior to occupancy.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite to maintain quality and schedule.
• Provide weekly project updates.

Project Engineer

Operations

• Holds responsibility for operations, financial and managerial performance for a specific portfolio of assets.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of each property and company image.
• Manage the financial performance including revenue and expenses, invoice review and approvals.
• Partner with Regional Director of Leasing & Marketing (RDLM) to ensure overall portfolio success.
• Aid the RDLM with leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.

Regional Director – Operations

• Execute site initiatives, conduct audits and site inspections
• Adhere to 4DX compliance
• Participate in daily site Landmark Line-ups
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls (when applicable)
• Assist Regional Directors in providing overall management, marketing, and maintenance support to our student housing communities throughout the country.
• Serve as a troubleshooter and/or fill in for a Community Manager vacancy at a property or as interim management and/or transition specialist for a new ownership acquisition or new 3rd party property management to the Landmark portfolio.
