Financial Planning and Analysis

• Underwrite senior housing investment opportunities, including acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and platform investments.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate property‑level and portfolio‑level returns and support investment recommendations.
• Support the management of Landmark’s existing senior housing portfolio, including hold/sell/refinance analyses.
• Facilitate due diligence efforts for complex transactions, coordinating with internal teams and third‑party consultants.
• Assist in the development of investment templates, underwriting assumptions, and processes as the senior housing strategy is established.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, operations teams, and equity partners on budgeting, business planning, and value‑creation initiatives.
• Support capital raising and capital markets initiatives by assisting with investor reporting and maintaining relationships with equity and debt partners.
• Participate in site visits, conferences, and other planned travel related to investment activity.

Associate – Investment Management, Senior Housing

Marketing

• The Regional Director of Leasing & Marketing operates as the revenue manager, brand strategist, and support team member over a specified region of properties.
• They work parallel with a Regional Director of Operations to support the region’s Community Managers and site teams.
• Provide support and oversight for all operational property marketing and leasing efforts to maximize the occupancy of the communities with the Regional Director of Operations.
• Evaluate market trends and consult with property to adjust marketing strategies upon review of weekly competitor velocity.
• Assist and monitor implementation of renewal and new lease campaigns and launch.
• Travel annually to conduct LEASE Sales Training.
• Audit and ensure compliance of digital footprint for each community as it relates to website, social media, and any ILS listings.
• Review 30 Day marketing plans and ensure execution of plans as needed.
• Aid property teams by advising on promotional item orders and needs for marketing event planning.
• Oversee the creation of the Annual Rate and Business Plans.
• Submit concession proposals and reforecasts.

• Ensure quarterly physical inspections of the communities are completed, including exterior curb appeal, cleanliness and neatness of exterior and interior common area amenity spaces, the leasing tour route and model units, and facilities.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding the needs and expectations of residents, prospective residents, clients, and vendors.

• The Senior Director of Data Management and Security is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the organization’s enterprise AI adoption, data management, and security strategies.
• This role combines innovation with oversight of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management and includes ownership of data security, data protection controls, and risk management practices.
• This leader will ensure that all organizational data—structured and unstructured—is properly classified, protected, monitored, and governed across its lifecycle.
• They will facilitate discussion within and between department entities regarding the use of and access to company data.
• The Senior Director will also oversee the use and optimization of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and related Microsoft 365 security and compliance platforms to enforce policy, monitor threats, and prevent data loss.

Senior Director – Data Management, Security

Operations

• Supports Landmark’s portfolio of maintenance programs by assuming the responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor when a vacancy occurs.
• Conduct annual property assessments and ensure life safety system inspections and preventative maintenance schedules are performed at all sites.
• Assist site team with performing weekly unit and property inspections and ensure completion of documentation.
• Ensure all sites are complying with Landmark Policies and Procedures and OSHA guidelines as it relates to maintenance functions.
• Assist in development of efficient maintenance processes with the goal of preserving the value of the asset and providing excellent customer service.
• Perform inventory evaluation of the maintenance shop and ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for.
• Assist with partnering with vendors to obtain bids for necessary site projects.
• Train maintenance site team members on standard operating procedures.
