• Manage Committed Cost Contracts, including tracking and reconciling contract commitments across internal systems, ensuring accurate coding and timely processing of invoices against committed contracts, and monitoring contract amendments and change orders.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
• Oversee Predevelopment Cost Management by tracking and forecasting predevelopment expenses across multiple projects.
• Prepare and manage accounts payable reports, project status meetings, and various tracking tools.
• Provide financial analysis to support key decision-making and ownership reporting.
• Verify that all project deliverables meet quality standards prior to ownership transition.
