Product Manager

• Maintain an up-to-date product roadmap fed by insight from customers, focus groups, and market research as required
• Define the product proposition from an epic down to user story level and partner with the wider delivery team to ensure that features and customer requirements are clear.
• Champion product performance, maintaining focus on metrics ranging from revenue to usage, traffic, and registrations to inform future product decisions
• Attend sprint planning and review meetings throughout delivery and be available to guide effective backlog refinement and champion the product vision.
• Support the Product Portfolio Director with commercial agreements including terms & conditions, pricing, and licensing.
• Work with Product Marketing to devise and execute comprehensive Go to Market plans, creating collateral content, participating in webinars and outbound campaigns, as well as speak at industry events as applicable.
• Understand the competitive landscape and maintain close relationships with key strategic customers
• Support strategic sales opportunities, including contributing to RFP processes as required
• Provide regular and accurate reporting to the Product Portfolio Director, showing evidence of performance to revenue, penetration, and retention KPIs

Senior Product Manager

Business Analyst

• Methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business requirements, business processes, business functions, data and systems
• Identify, define and create common understanding of requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing costs, enhancing sustainability, and quantifying potential business benefits
• Work closely with Architecture, Project Management, Product Management and Engineering
• Provide business analysis services in support of projects and business as usual
• Understand and analyse business problems or opportunities
• Research and analyse end-to-end flows, supporting business processes, information, technology and participants
• Produce diagrams using use cases, story boarding, scenario analysis, and BPMN2.0 for as-is and to-be
• Elicit project requirements via workshops, interviews, document/data analysis and other techniques
• Write requirements specifications using standard templates, in clear, unambiguous English
• Document project/product scope and goals using Use Cases
• Prepare artifacts such as business scenarios, conceptual data models, conceptual data flows and impact assessments
• Document required attributes for common governed data entities within Landmark delivery standards
• Support Product Managers and collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure alignment
• Assist in defining standards and ways of working across the business analyst community
• Support development and test activities and participate in show & tells to ensure requirements are correctly implemented
