- Responsibility for daily service operation of your account
- Ensure overall performance in Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Operate the contracted service processes
- Manage daily activities like handling Service Requests
- Monitoring and reporting of SLA performance
- Troubleshooting activities related to SLA performance
- Identifying larger incidents
- Active follow-up of open cases and incidents
- Proactive maintenance of systems
- Improve service processes and practices
- Assist and train other team members
