About the role

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, events, social channels, and existing customer relationships
  • Respond to customer service and sales enquiries as needed
  • Develop clear scope of works documents tailored to each client’s EV charging or energy‑efficiency needs
  • Work with stakeholders to plan EV charging infrastructure for buildings, fleets, and public sites
  • Review electrical drawings, site plans, and energy data to determine equipment requirements and electrical capacity
  • Prepare EV charging infrastructure reports and guide customers through the design and installation process
  • Collaborate with internal Project Managers and attend site reviews
  • Manage quotes, follow up on leads, and advise customers on consulting vs. simple quoting needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and job notes (HubSpot experience ideal)
  • Support key clients and strengthen long‑term relationships
  • Develop subscription agreements for ongoing customer support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management within energy, technology, clean tech, or related fields
  • Practical exposure to electrical services or environmental sectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate report-writing/analytics skills
  • Strong customer service background and experience building relationships at all organisational levels
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and effective communication (written and verbal)
  • Project management capability and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
