About the role
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, events, social channels, and existing customer relationships
- Respond to customer service and sales enquiries as needed
- Develop clear scope of works documents tailored to each client’s EV charging or energy‑efficiency needs
- Work with stakeholders to plan EV charging infrastructure for buildings, fleets, and public sites
- Review electrical drawings, site plans, and energy data to determine equipment requirements and electrical capacity
- Prepare EV charging infrastructure reports and guide customers through the design and installation process
- Collaborate with internal Project Managers and attend site reviews
- Manage quotes, follow up on leads, and advise customers on consulting vs. simple quoting needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and job notes (HubSpot experience ideal)
- Support key clients and strengthen long‑term relationships
- Develop subscription agreements for ongoing customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management within energy, technology, clean tech, or related fields
- Practical exposure to electrical services or environmental sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate report-writing/analytics skills
- Strong customer service background and experience building relationships at all organisational levels
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and effective communication (written and verbal)
- Project management capability and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
