About the role

  • Prospect and secure new business through networking, industry events, social media outreach, and proactive cold calling
  • Respond to customer service and sales enquiries as required
  • Build long‑term partnerships across property, energy, and infrastructure sectors
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and support pricing strategies
  • Follow up customer proposals, quotes, and leads to close new business
  • Engage regularly with key clients to understand satisfaction levels, explore growth opportunities, and support ongoing service needs
  • Work with the help desk to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales activity, pipeline, and projections
  • Share industry insights, including emerging trends and technologies
  • Achievement of annual sales and revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales roles, ideally in technology, energy, utilities, motor trade, or property sectors
  • Proven ability to build and strengthen relationships at all organisational levels
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (desirable)
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full New Zealand driver’s licence
