About the role

  • Close new GMV customers and deliver predictable ARR against target
  • Get out into the market, build relationships, attend events, and get GMV in front of the right people
  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert new ICP accounts through focused, insight-led outbound
  • Progress qualified inbound opportunities with strong discovery and qualification
  • Run structured discovery to understand consultation strategy, planning risk, and long-term objectives, and clearly articulate GMV’s value
  • Own multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive deals forward with pace and intent
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to coverage expectations
  • Provide accurate, evidence-based forecasts
  • Feedback clear insight into why customers buy, why they do not, and what they need next
  • Work closely with the Senior Client Services Manager and Product to influence delivery and roadmap decisions

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or services-led solutions
  • Experience selling community engagement platforms would be great
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited process
  • Experience selling into councils, developers, consultancies, planners or regulated environments is a strong advantage
