About the role
- Close new GMV customers and deliver predictable ARR against target
- Get out into the market, build relationships, attend events, and get GMV in front of the right people
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new ICP accounts through focused, insight-led outbound
- Progress qualified inbound opportunities with strong discovery and qualification
- Run structured discovery to understand consultation strategy, planning risk, and long-term objectives, and clearly articulate GMV’s value
- Own multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive deals forward with pace and intent
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to coverage expectations
- Provide accurate, evidence-based forecasts
- Feedback clear insight into why customers buy, why they do not, and what they need next
- Work closely with the Senior Client Services Manager and Product to influence delivery and roadmap decisions
Requirements
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or services-led solutions
- Experience selling community engagement platforms would be great
- Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited process
- Experience selling into councils, developers, consultancies, planners or regulated environments is a strong advantage
- We value drive, ownership, and commercial judgement as highly as direct sector experience.
