About the role
- Plan, lead, and deliver OCM activities in alignment with change initiatives.
- Ensure that employees are prepared, equipped, and supported to adopt new processes.
- Lead and influence cross-functional projects to achieve change outcomes.
- Partner with teams to assess change impacts and readiness.
- Coach and educate leaders to strengthen their change leadership skills.
- Track, measure, and report adoption and business readiness outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required
- 8 years of tactically driving and leading full life-cycle transformational initiatives
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proven ability to independently lead multiple change initiatives simultaneously end-to-end
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing change across varying levels of scope and complexity.
- Self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and educate business leaders at all levels.
