About the role
- report to the Regional Director, Allergy/ENT
- responsible for hiring, leading, developing and retaining Allergy/ENT Medical Specialists
- ensuring strong and consistent sales performance
- work closely with their Alliance partner counterpart(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
- 3 years of sales leadership/management in sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets required
- Strong understanding of Payer environment, reimbursement and challenges
