• Prepare, analyze, and report transportation and warehousing cost results, including freight, accessorial charges, storage, handling, labor, and related distribution expenses.
• Analyze monthly variances and root causes across actuals, current estimate, plan, and prior year by cost category, lane, facility, mode, carrier, customer, and other key business drivers.
• Develop reporting and KPIs that improve visibility to transportation and warehousing performance, including cost per pound, cost per case, warehouse spend trends, freight recovery, and service-related financial metrics.
• Partner with Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to explain cost performance, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency while maintaining service levels.

Finance Analyst

Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain data quality rules, checks, and controls across enterprise data assets.
• Perform data profiling, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection across SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data quality issues, business impacts, and remediation priorities.
• Translate business requirements into measurable data quality rules and thresholds.
• Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, including reusable SQL patterns, UDFs, stored procedures.
• Implement automated scheduling and orchestration of data quality checks using Snowflake-native capabilities (e.g., tasks, streams) and/or pipeline orchestration tools (ie: Informatica).
• Implement data quality monitoring and observability scorecards, and reporting for key metadata domains.
• Own and evolve enterprise data quality KPIs/scorecards, including standardized definitions, thresholds, and executive-ready reporting across domains.

• Ensure deliverables meet organizational objectives and align with HR strategies
• Act as the technical expert for HR COE(s) and HR Service Center and assist with project tasks
• Responsible for HR technology configuration to support global/local enhancements or change requests
• Build reports and dashboards with HR Service Center to drive self-service

Sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart buyers and internal cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Master Data/Customer portal teams, Legal, Customer Operations)
• Lead annual planning processes to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals across our House of Brands and private label for Walmart and Sam’s Club by conducting annual reviews, category strategy sessions, etc.
