About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Lamb Weston’s HR technologies with functional and configuration expertise
  • Partner with the HR Service Center and HR COE’s to develop, design and streamline processes
  • Ensure deliverables meet organizational objectives and align with HR strategies
  • Act as the technical expert for HR COE(s) and HR Service Center and assist with project tasks
  • Responsible for HR technology configuration to support global/local enhancements or change requests
  • Build reports and dashboards with HR Service Center to drive self-service
  • Manage reporting accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling relevant data
  • Mentor team members on the HRIS team through sharing skill sets and knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training/experience in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, required
  • Workday Certification is preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years of Workday experience with three (3) years specific to the assigned Workday module(s) of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT), experience in Benefits is a PLUS
