About the role
- Lead and manage end-to-end driver supply efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline of active and engaged drivers.
- Drive retention strategies to improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and long-term activity on the platform.
- Oversee driver communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective messaging across all channels (SMS, in-app, calls, etc.).
- Manage and improve driver support processes, addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to align efforts in improving driver experience and platform loyalty.
- Monitor key supply metrics (active drivers, retention, churn, etc.) and propose data-driven initiatives to enhance performance.
- Lead and support on-ground and digital initiatives to engage and assist the driver community.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, supply management, or a related field—preferably within a tech, logistics, or delivery platform.
- Experience in handling retention programs, customer/driver communications, and support operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc. is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.
- Team player who can collaborate across departments while taking ownership of driver supply operations.
- Passion for empowering gig workers and improving their day-to-day experience.
