• Ensure correct execution and reliability of water analyses
• Comply with applicable regulatory standards, COFRAC accreditation Quality requirements and client deadlines
• Validate the department's analytical results
• Ensure optimal organization of the department to maximize production efficiency (SQCD)
• Manage analytical priorities
• Ensure proper functioning of the analytical equipment (chromatographic systems in particular)
• Integrate new methods developed by R&D into the department
• Propose daily improvements to analyses aimed at operational excellence and technical expertise
• Manage, unite and lead the team and associated meetings
• Support the team in developing their skills
