Ensure correct execution and reliability of water analyses
Comply with applicable regulatory standards, COFRAC accreditation Quality requirements and client deadlines
Validate the department's analytical results
Ensure optimal organization of the department to maximize production efficiency (SQCD)
Manage analytical priorities
Ensure proper functioning of the analytical equipment (chromatographic systems in particular)
Integrate new methods developed by R&D into the department
Propose daily improvements to analyses aimed at operational excellence and technical expertise
Manage, unite and lead the team and associated meetings
Support the team in developing their skills

Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Chemical Engineering or a Master's in Analytical Chemistry
Proven prior experience in management (minimum 5 people) in challenging, fast-evolving environments
Strong ability to work within multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, innovation-oriented and continuous improvement environment
Rigorous, autonomous, pragmatic and methodical with strong analytical and synthesis skills
In-depth knowledge of hydrology and experience as a quality auditor would be an advantage
