About the role

  • Design and develop artificial intelligence models tailored to business needs
  • Design and implement data pipelines (collection, cleansing, preparation, transformation)
  • Build AI proofs of concept (POC) and prototypes
  • Productionize models (APIs, microservices, integration with the information system)
  • Select the most appropriate algorithms and architectures
  • Handle model training, optimization, and performance improvements
  • Manage versioning of models and datasets
  • Deploy models to production (cloud and/or on-premise environments)
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines dedicated to AI projects
  • Implement monitoring tools (performance, data drift, bias, stability)
  • Maintain and improve deployed models
  • Maintain and evolve existing applications
  • Ensure the quality, robustness, and performance of delivered solutions
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and understand their needs
  • Translate business problems into technical AI solutions
  • Document developed solutions (technical and functional)
  • Train and support users when necessary

Requirements

  • Proficient in Python and JavaScript
  • Experience with AI frameworks
  • Skilled in developing REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with React for front-end development
  • Proficient with GitLab for version control
  • Ability to work on complex, collaborative projects
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
