About the role

  • Drive lifecycle strategy, product ownership and management of tests and services within the oncology portfolio
  • Develops and executes multi-year product strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders based on customer insights and market dynamics
  • Utilize marketing practices to develop business cases to win investment in the portfolio
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze product performance and portfolio KPIs
  • Represent the voice of customers in the Product Lifecycle Committee
  • Track business initiatives, forecasts performance, and advises senior leadership about strategic actions
  • Build relationships with customers and industry players

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree required; preferred degree(s): Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or related degree
  • 3-5 years in the biotech/medtech/pharma/diagnostic industry
  • 3+ years of managing centralized services and distributed (kitted) products, including supporting software, in the biotech/medtech/pharma industries
  • 3+ years managing projects or actively working on core teams
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing on product strategies and commercializing regulated products
  • Preferred advanced degree in molecular biology, bioinformatics or related field
  • Experience working with regulated products is a must
