- lead a team of over 150 engineers and managers
- spearhead the development and execution of the software engineering strategy
- manage the implementation of strategy and establish short-term operational plans
- develop and track metrics for software engineering
- act as an advisor to subordinate supervisors or staff members

- support delivering top line growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- minimum 15 years of prior engineering experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 13 years of prior related engineering experience
- in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related engineering experience
- 5+ years management and leadership experience
- ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- proven history of execution in an Agile development environment
- practical knowledge of DevOps
