Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Proven expertise in technical and personnel management
Deep knowledge in Linux server environments, network appliances (Junos OS, DNOS, Cisco iOS), and network design (Ethernet, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
Experience with VPNs (IPSec, Wireguard, OpenVPN), network attached storage (TrueNAS, NetApp, Dell PowerStore), virtualization (VMWare), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Skilled in deployment/automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash) and AWS services (ec2, s3, lambda, etc.)
Familiarity with developer tools (Gitlab, Artifactory, Atlassian Tools) and desktop/mobile environments (Linux, MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android)
Proficient in endpoint and system health monitoring tools (XDR, SIEM, Prometheus/Grafana, SNMP)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proactive in anticipating and resolving customer needs
Excellent communication and resilience in high-pressure situations
Relevant degree with 10+ years of professional experience, including leading teams through organizational change and developing multi-year technology strategies
Eligibility for a security clearance (current clearance is a plus)
Experience designing constrained IT solutions in the US Defense Industrial Base or US Intelligence Community
Strong risk management and governance orientation
Confidence and decisiveness in periods of change.
