  • Take over the western hemisphere IT team, providing guidance, management, and coaching to maximize team performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
  • Proven expertise in technical and personnel management
  • Deep knowledge in Linux server environments, network appliances (Junos OS, DNOS, Cisco iOS), and network design (Ethernet, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
  • Experience with VPNs (IPSec, Wireguard, OpenVPN), network attached storage (TrueNAS, NetApp, Dell PowerStore), virtualization (VMWare), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Skilled in deployment/automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash) and AWS services (ec2, s3, lambda, etc.)
  • Familiarity with developer tools (Gitlab, Artifactory, Atlassian Tools) and desktop/mobile environments (Linux, MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Proficient in endpoint and system health monitoring tools (XDR, SIEM, Prometheus/Grafana, SNMP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proactive in anticipating and resolving customer needs
  • Excellent communication and resilience in high-pressure situations
  • Relevant degree with 10+ years of professional experience, including leading teams through organizational change and developing multi-year technology strategies
  • Eligibility for a security clearance (current clearance is a plus)
  • Experience designing constrained IT solutions in the US Defense Industrial Base or US Intelligence Community
  • Strong risk management and governance orientation
  • Confidence and decisiveness in periods of change.
