About the role

  • Oversee all aspects of program execution from planning to completion
  • Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and L3Harris policies and procedures
  • Maintain documentation, track milestones, funding, and schedules
  • Ensure all details are communicated timely and accurately to program stakeholders
  • Report financial, schedule, technical and overall performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Establish performance measurement baselines and monitor project performance
  • Analyze performance data to identify variances, trends, and potential risks
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities and risks and implement strategies to minimize impact
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage best practices
  • Manage the identification, evaluation, and approval process for contract change requests
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments for proposed changes
  • Identify growth opportunities within current program portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Knowledge of ITAR and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) desired
  • Knowledge in Electro-Optical Infrared or Full Motion Video or Wide-area Motion
  • PMP or PgMP certification is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
