Supervise a direct labor work force of technicians and operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Maintain consistent shop floor presence – maintain an orderly, disciplined, fair, and positive work environment for all employees
Lead team towards common goals – ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance expectations for the department
Effectively communicate with direct reports – policies, performance expectations, strategic improvements, etc.
Effectively engage support functions – day to day issues and strategic improvements
Effectively develop work force – recognizing high performers and coaching low performers
Ability to obtain US Government clearance

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
2+ years of experience with various databases (Oracle, Fusion, Agile and Microsoft Office)
Strong interpersonal skills
Test and assembly process knowledge in a new product environment
Strong business acumen – understands the big picture
Self-starter, results oriented, with a can-do attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Team player/team builder – peers can count on support when needed
