About the role
- Supervise a talented group of 8 Technical Filed Service Representatives (FSR)
- Manage departmental quoting, budgeting, manpower loading, scheduling and day-to-day activities
- Prioritize FSR support requests, both international and domestic, to support proper allocation of personnel and resources
- Assist DoD and International Program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Application Engineering
- Demonstrated comprehension of ITAR and Export Compliance regulations and procedures
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principals (Greenbelt Certification)
- PMP (or project management skills)
- Knowledge of Harris Tactical products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
