About the role
- Directs the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
- Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
- Makes budgetary recommendations and controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
- Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Provides day-to-day work direction for direct reports, focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior touch labor experience
- Prior management experience
- BS Electrical Engineering degree
- Radio Frequency (RF) experience
