About the role
- Ensure accurate flow-down of mandatory GPs, T&Cs and FAR and DFARS for supplier/subcontractor agreements
- Partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Project Management, and Operations to implement contract GPs, T&Cs and flow-downs
- Negotiate GPs and T&Cs with suppliers and store in company system
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to procurement staff on contracts/subcontracts impacts and risks
- Review government contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain modified GPs and T&Cs library, templates, checklists, approval matrices and manage version control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 6 years of prior relevant Government Contract and Compliance experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Government Contract and Compliance experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Government Contract and Compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of government contracts and procurement principles contained in FAR/DFARS
- Proficient with MS Word (advanced redlining), Excel, SharePoint/Teams
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, concise writing and strong verbal communication; possess business-oriented judgment
