About the role
- Develop and implement a strategy for segment-wide program and pursuit performance
- Lead a team to provide standardized support for independent reviews, program assist, pursuit assist, and program planning capabilities
- Collaborate with business and functional leadership to enhance program performance and address significant challenges
- Ensure proposal adequacy and execution readiness, lead Non-Advocate Reviews and prepare programs for Integrated Baseline Review (IBR)
- Assist program teams with the development of quality, compliant baseline plans
- Support CEAC development and ensure application of scheduling principles
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the PMX team
- Develop relationships with geographically dispersed team members
- Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
- Travel up to 50%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
- Experience in Program Management, Control Account Management, and Integrated Product Team Leadership
- Prior experience leading and influencing through cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting to all levels of leadership
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS), standard program reporting metrics, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Active Top Secret or Secret Clearance
