About the role
- Lead and manage a team of frontline employees to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO 9001 standards
- Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation and workflow management
- Prepare and present performance reports, identify improvement areas
- Handle escalated issues, support recruitment, onboarding, and training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
