About the role
- Responsible for the provision of all products and services under the contract
- Provide leadership and work collaboratively with Customer and stakeholders
- Determine and propose solutions, deliver products and services as agreed
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Program
- Participate in the negotiation of Contract and changes
- Coordinate preparation of proposals, performance SOW and specifications
- Supervise the MAS Program team assigned to the Program
- Identify new business opportunities with the client and negotiate agreements
- Manage relations with customer and stakeholders within a matrix organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management
- 5+ years in a large-scale military program
- University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant fields
- PMP certified and/or holds a Master Degree in Project Management
- Personnel management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
- Deep knowledge of Program management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Strong analytical, organizational, and change management skills
- Ability to organize complex issues in simple models
- Team building and communication skills
