Lead a matrix team of engineers and operations staff to execute projects
Typically spend time on development of new or manufacturing of existing fuzing and ordnance products

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
A minimum of 4 years of experience in contributing to business growth by referring new business opportunities to Sales and Management
A minimum of 4 years of experience with program/project management or comparable experience in lead roles
PMP Certification or equivalent
