About the role
- Lead and manage a team of frontline employees to achieve operational excellence and meet goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching, ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and problem resolution.
- Prepare and present performance reports, identify improvement areas, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
