Responsible for successful product launch by project managing the Operations activities across a multi-disciplinary team
Lead NPI projects, ensuring timely execution of deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products
Facilitate operational readiness reviews and assessments for low rate and full rate production
Serve as a liaison between program management, engineering and operations teams to address technical challenges
Prepare design stage gate review package highlighting operations development progress, risk profile and CapEx
Manage and track adherence to product targets by organizing and leading project management efforts

Requirements

University degree in Engineering or college diploma in Engineering Technology
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project management capacity managing complex projects
Experience presenting to executive and or senior leadership
Must have a well-rounded project management background with experience in a high tech environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail
Strong knowledge of current and advanced Manufacturing processes and technologies
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
PMP Certification is an asset
P.Eng license is an asset
Lean Greenbelt or Six Sigma certified is an asset
