About the role

  • Spearhead the deployment and integration of the 1E Digital Experience (DEX) tool across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DEX tools with existing enterprise systems
  • Drive improvements in IT efficiency by automating routine IT tasks and optimizing endpoint management
  • Enhance user experiences by ensuring rapid issue resolution and streamlined software deployment
  • Focus on reducing software distribution and licensing costs while improving productivity for the user base
  • Ensure real-time endpoint management to quickly identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
  • 5 years of experience in digital experience management, IT operations, or a similar role
  • Extensive hands-on experience with 1E products or similar digital experience tools
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Robust technical skills related to IT environments, with in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency in web analytics and performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
