About the role
- Directing daily activities related to the execution of Additive Manufacturing, Electro Discharge Machining, and machining of small components
- Overseeing several work centers related to additive manufacturing and machining
- Managing work center’s performance to cost, schedule, and quality
- Directing daily work assignments of 1st shift hourly and salaried personnel
- Mentoring and supporting employees on career growth
- Driving process improvement projects to achieve greater efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
- Supporting internal and external audits of the manufacturing area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Operations experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Operations experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
