About the role
- Responsible for technical and administrative leadership of a Manufacturing group within Operations
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify and establish required job skills matrices
- Lead and direct team by providing direction on all facets of manufacturing
- Partner with other organizations to create and execute improved manufacturing plans
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, “Right the First Time”
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 9 years prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Experience leading and managing a team of professionals
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and techniques such as lean manufacturing, six sigma, or automated production systems
