About the role
- Directing daily activities related to the execution on 2nd shift of Additive Manufacturing, Electro Discharge Machining, and machining of small components
- Overseeing several work centers related to additive manufacturing and machining
- Responsible for work center’s performance to cost, schedule, and quality
- Managing hourly and salaried personnel in supporting all current and future propulsion programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Operations experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Operations experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
