  • You will be responsible for our upcoming locations in Salzburg
  • Initially you will work at another L'Osteria in Austria to support that location's management
  • Support the implementation and improvement of all operational standards

Requirements

  • You keep an overview while leading multiple teams
  • Implement and continuously improve all operational standards, procedures and structures in the restaurants within your area of responsibility
  • Enjoy leading international teams and fostering team spirit
  • Ability to inspire others and take responsibility
  • Enjoy working with people and have a hands-on mentality
  • Successfully completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or relevant managerial experience in related fields
