About the role
- You will be responsible for our upcoming locations in Salzburg
- Initially you will work at another L'Osteria in Austria to support that location's management
- Support the implementation and improvement of all operational standards
- Lead and strengthen team spirit in an international environment
Requirements
- You keep an overview while leading multiple teams
- Implement and continuously improve all operational standards, procedures and structures in the restaurants within your area of responsibility
- Enjoy leading international teams and fostering team spirit
- Ability to inspire others and take responsibility
- Enjoy working with people and have a hands-on mentality
- Successfully completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or relevant managerial experience in related fields
