• Create order forms, newsletters and B2B mailings, and communicate relevant information from warehouse and marketing
• Manage wholesale inventory and coordinate product tester requests, including monthly summaries
• Maintain and update price lists and product data for Key Account Management (KAM) customers, compile sales figures and prepare data for new product lines
• Support the onboarding of new customers, including the review and archiving of all relevant documents
• Ensure the availability of all information on campaigns, POS and retail events for wholesale activities
