About the role
- In accounts receivable, you monitor collections, dunning and open items, ensuring everything is handled accurately and transparently.
- You carefully review cash register transactions for various payment methods (cash, credit card, vouchers) and reconcile them reliably.
- You manage travel expense claims independently and end-to-end, and advise employees on any questions regarding their expense reports.
- For the annual financial statements, you work closely with teams in Switzerland and Italy to consolidate and finalize figures accurately and on time.
- You provide backup support in accounts payable and for preliminary VAT returns as needed to flexibly relieve the team.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training with a focus on finance/accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Some relevant professional experience in accounts receivable and/or financial accounting to be able to start immediately.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and common accounting software; experience with SAP HANA is an advantage.
- Enjoy communicating with your "customers" and interfaces, both internally and externally (also in English), which helps you achieve your goals quickly.
- A structured, accurate and conscientious way of working is a given in Finance.
