About the role
- Manage, organize and process boleto payment slips related to the Expansion area;
- Prepare financial provisions and reclassifications, ensuring costs are allocated correctly;
- Support the preparation and organization of the department's cash flow;
- Control and monitor contract deadlines and key dates, including expirations and renewal processes;
- Update and maintain systems and spreadsheets that track expenses and contracts;
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Expansion team.
Requirements
- University degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of financial routines and administrative controls;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented, with good communication skills;
- Previous experience in administrative, financial, or Expansion teams is a plus;
- Experience with contract controls and cash flow management.
