About the role
- You analyze logistics and production processes directly on site during workshops, structure the findings and turn them into efficient and practical solution concepts.
- You evaluate where our standard functions can be applied effectively and identify precisely where customizations or extensions are necessary and economically reasonable.
- You combine process understanding with technical know‑how, create solid technical concepts, estimate efforts and guide the implementation through to a successful go‑live.
- In your advisory role, you lead workshops, challenge requirements from a functional perspective, derive clear use cases and test scenarios, and document all technical content in a clear and comprehensible way.
- You coordinate internal alignments, support testing phases and ensure a smooth transition into productive operation for all stakeholders.
- You identify recurring patterns early and provide valuable input to product management for the continuous enhancement of our solutions.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience analyzing logistics and production processes.
- Solid understanding of software design, feasibility assessments, effort estimation and ERP‑related interfaces.
- You think solution‑oriented and rely on proven standards where they provide efficiency.
- Structured, independent and reliable working style.
- Strong team player with intercultural competence and willingness to travel within Hungary.
- Native-level Hungarian, fluent English. German is a plus but not required.
