• First contact and qualification of inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
• Identification of key pain points, relevant KPIs, business drivers, and project parameters
• Buying center analysis: identifying relevant stakeholders, their roles, priorities, and influence
• Accurate CRM documentation of all outreach activities, call notes, processes, and stakeholders
• Recording and maintaining opt‑ins for targeted communication touchpoints
• Creating a comprehensive qualification profile for a smooth handover to our Sales Managers
• Close collaboration with Sales leadership to refine our pipeline strategies and outbound approach
