About the role
- Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes
- Analyze demand trends and collaborate with HQ and 3PL partners
- Manage inventory, logistics, and distribution
- Ensure smooth customs clearance and quality control
- Lead procurement and vendor management
- Track KPIs and optimize processes
Requirements
- Over 5 years of supply chain experience in retail, ideally across both mature organizations and early-stage businesses
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, demand forecasting, and inventory management
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Japanese and business level in English
