Requirements
- 5–10 years of HR experience in the retail business
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Japanese and business level English
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
